Traffic Manager (SEA / SEO)

Job description

As traffic manager at Livestorm, you will be the 6th member joining the marketing team. Your mission will be to drive growth through paid and organic channels.

On an ongoing basis, you will be in charge of reporting, implementing, strategizing, testing, and managing the creation of assets for all the existing paid acquisition channels for Livestorm.

This is an opportunity to work on Livestorm’s top of the funnel and become a master of it. The ideal candidate will have long-term vision on how to improve the number of qualified leads hearing about our product and testing it. So experience in managing SEO in addition to ads is encouraged.

Missions

  • Manage a clean account structure on all assets (particularly Google Ads, Facebook, LinkedIn, Gartner Digital Markets (Capterra) and Bing)
  • Improve main KPIs on a recurring basis (ads CTR, CPL, CPA, number of leads and customers generated, number of qualified demos booked by the sales team)
  • Be the owner of Livestorm's ad tracking plan, from the software used to the measure of conversions, the measure of lead scoring by ad campaign, handling the budget and optimizing the allocation of resources
  • Be a driver in strategy changes and tests with existing channels
  • Explore new channels for Livestorm (examples including but not limited to: Podcast sponsorships, media buy, event sponsoring, flying a blimp over San Francisco that says "You Deserve Better Webinars"...). The sky is (literally) the limit!
  • Get a sound knowledge of Livestorm's ICPs and come up with highly targeted ad campaigns to fuel growth in these targets
  • Help refine the SEO strategy

You can derive deep insights from a spreadsheet, nothing escapes your judgement. You'll notice the details like If some ads aren't worth it, if we're under spending on a high performing ad or if we improperly track or attribute conversions.

Insightful marketer

You're constantly thinking about our acquisition funnels and how they could be improved. You can look at a list of accounts we want to sign and come up with an end-to-end strategy in how to achieve that goal.

Flexible team player

You own your projects, and know how to be a team player too. You might work solo, with teammates or 3rd party agencies/freelancers depending on each project.

Resourceful doer

Spot a problem? You're already thinking of solutions. Plus, you have the planning chops to get it in gear.

Adaptable tinkerer

You know how to set up tracking tags through GTM, you've worked with Segment before, and you're ready to setup new pixels or conversion tracking events for any platform we decide to advertise on.

SaaS and/or B2B enthusiast is a plus

You've worked for a SaaS company before, or managed SaaS ads at an agency. Huge plus if you've set up an ABM strategy, or managed one.

Success Criteria

  • 3+ years of experience in a paid marketing role or similar
  • SaaS funnel knowledge, actual experience in SaaS a huge plus
  • Audited and piloted ads
  • Structured one or several ads accounts
  • Built ads from scratch (targeting, creative, tracking, reporting)
  • Proven SEO results
  • Strong English level a big plus (our team is diverse and you will exchange with non-french native speakers on a daily basis)
  • Spanish, German, Italian, or Portuguese fluency would be a nice, but not required!
  • Extended knowledge on advanced ads strategies such as programmatic ads a plus
