Team description:

As Livestorm is growing rapidly, our Team is aiming to increase our sales by developing lead nurturing programs. Therefore, we are looking for a Lead Nurturing Specialist who is an expert in setting up automated campaigns that move prospects and users along the sales funnel.

As Livestorm's Lead Nurturing Specialist, you'll be joining the Growth Team to develop Livestorm's nurturing campaigns for marketing and product leads. You'll work alongside the Content Management Team to leverage the quality ebooks and events they release on a monthly basis. You will be reporting to Livestorm's Growth Lead, Benoît Leggieri.


While Livestorm has headquarters in Paris, we are a remote-first company. As a matter of fact, the members of our Team are located between Lisbon, Amsterdam, and various cities in France, so we are looking for the best talent, no matter where you live.

 

Missions:

In this role, you'll be responsible for:

  • Designing, planing, executing and optimizing campaigns that convert leads coming from both marketing campaigns and the Livestorm freemium.
  • Mastering activation for both Marketing and Product leads: Build campaigns that move marketing leads along our sales funnel. Architecting and owning the user and customer lifecycle journey based on app events.
  • Writing emails and working with the content marketing team to create messages that will educate, help and convert leads and users.
  • Designing and fine-tuning our lead-scoring model in order to increase the efficiency of our campaigns.
  • Leveraging the technologies we have to aid in lead nurturing (HubSpot), onboarding (Customer.io / Intercom), and lead scoring (Madkudu).
  • Establishing closed-loop analytics to understand the impact our automations have on generating revenue.

Pré-requis du poste

For this Lead Nurturing Specialist role, we are looking for someone with the following experience:

  • Strong background of 2-4 years in lead nurturing and customer journey mapping for B2B/SaaS.
  • Proven hands-on experience with email copywriting and marketing automation logic. You love writing emails and designing automated journeys that convert!
  • Analytical skills with a creative attitude – confident to dive into data for insights and actionable ideas.
  • Expertise with Marketing Automation and CRM software (campaign set-up, report and dashboard creation, data sync management).
  • Strong team player who can collaborate easily and communicate clearly with other teams.
  • Prior experience in managing MQL and PQL flows.
  • Native English.
  • Prior knowledge of Product-led Growth would be a plus.

Moreover, we are looking for someone who can work in the Paris timezone (we accept a time difference of 2 hours maximum).
