Livestorm is trusted by thousands of companies worldwide. We power video communications from scale-ups like Front or Intercom to established enterprise companies such as Honda or Deloitte.


Overall mission

Livestorm has been growing very fast and the recent context has intensifies our scaling efforts and growth. As a result we need to consolidate our operations team with an expert in talent acquisition able to put process in place, source profiles, qualify them and help managers optimize their hiring process. This is a key position to enable scaling in all teams: tech, product, sales, marketing and customer experience.

As Livestorm's first Talent Acquisition Manager, you'll work alongside all managers and C-levels, to help coordinate hiring efforts and optimize the entire hiring process (tools, scorecards, etc.).


Your day-to-day tasks will include:


  • Source profiles on open positions in every fields (tech, ops, sales, marketing...)
  • Build job boards and scorecards alongside managers
  • Qualify and screen candidates
  • Help managers close and discuss final details
  • Offer mentorship to our managers to help them be better in the recruiting process
  • Work on employer brand initiatives with our marketing and ops team
  • Ensure that the entire hiring process is up to our expectations in terms of diversity and culture

Job requirements

  • Experience: You have at least 3 years of experience as a Recruiter (in a company or in a recruitment agency)
  • Very organized: You are able to multitask and prioritise your daily workload. 
  • Problem solver: You are autonomous and able to solve your own blockers
  • Communication: As Livestorm spoke person you can pitch the company and product
  • Full stack: You have a track record of recruiting both technical and non technical profiles from different teams
  • Languages: You speak both French and English
